Data Deletion

This page explains what data Numbrmix ("the Game"), published by BrandMongo, stores, and how you can delete it. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What data exists
- On your device (local): score, best score, coins, sound/music/haptics preferences, and saved board state — stored via Unity PlayerPrefs.
- With third parties: limited technical/advertising data collected by Google AdMob, Google Play, and Unity under their own policies (see our Privacy Policy).
2. Delete local game data (fastest)
You can remove all locally stored game data at any time:
- Uninstall the Game — removes all PlayerPrefs data for Numbrmix, or
- Clear app data: Android → Settings → Apps → Numbrmix → Storage → Clear data / Clear storage.
This permanently erases your score, coins, and settings on that device and cannot be undone.
3. Reset your advertising identifier
To reset or remove the advertising ID used for ads:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or
"Reset advertising ID."
4. Google Play Games data
If you signed in to Google Play Games for leaderboards, you can delete Play Games data for this Game from your Google account: Manage Play Games data.
5. Request deletion from us
If you believe we hold any data about you (for example, from a support email you sent) and you want it deleted, submit a request via our Contact & Grievance page. Please include:
- The subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- The device/platform you play on
- Any reference details from your prior correspondence with us
We will acknowledge your request and action it within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically within 30 days). We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
