Reward & Redemption Terms

These Reward & Redemption Terms explain how virtual rewards, coins, and purchases work in Numbrmix ("the Game"), published by BrandMongo. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

2. Rewarded Ads Are Optional

Rewarded video ads are always opt-in. You choose whether to watch an ad in exchange for a reward such as coins or a revive. A reward is granted only when the ad has been watched to completion, as reported by the ad provider (Google AdMob). If an ad fails to load, is closed early, or the provider does not confirm completion, the reward may not be granted.

3. Earning & Granting Coins

• Coins are credited to your local game profile immediately after a qualifying action is confirmed.
• Coin amounts, the frequency of rewarded offers, and the cost of items may change at any time as we balance the Game.
• Coins are stored locally on your device and are tied to that installation, not to a personal account.

4. In-App Purchases

Paid items (such as "No Ads" and coin packs) are sold through Google Play Billing. Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase and may include applicable taxes. When you buy an item, you are purchasing a limited license to use that virtual item within the Game, not ownership of it.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policy and your statutory consumer rights. Because virtual items are delivered instantly and consumed within the Game, they are generally non-refundable once granted, except where required by law. For purchase issues, first contact Google Play; for anything else, reach us via Contact & Grievance.

6. No Cash Value; No Transfer

• Coins and rewards cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services outside the Game.
• They cannot be transferred between accounts, devices, or players.
• Unused coins and rewards are forfeited if you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

7. Loss of Rewards

Because progress and coins are stored locally, uninstalling the Game, clearing app data, resetting your device, or switching devices may permanently erase your coins and rewards. We are not able to restore locally stored balances and are not responsible for such losses.

8. Fair Use & Abuse

Rewards obtained through cheating, exploits, automation, tampering, or fraudulent ad interactions are void. We may remove such rewards, reset balances, or restrict access as described in our Terms of Service.

9. Changes & Discontinuation

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward, coin, offer, or purchasable item at any time. Where a change materially affects paid items you already own, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
